Consolidating its five businesses into a single flagship headquarters, the Ray White Double Bay office comprises 1,050 square metres of bespoke office space. The design is a deliberate statement intended to mirror the calibre of property the business sells.

Richards Stanisich’s approach centred on the intentional placement of premium materials — including in-situ terrazzo floors at the entry level, toned back into a marble reception desk. The materials are designed to engage more than sight alone, extending to touch, sound and the overall feel of the space.
